How to use Signature Resizer

What to check before downloading

Trim excess whitespace, fit the signature to 600 x 200px, and compress it toward 20KB or less.

A good signature result should remain readable after whitespace trimming and resizing. Avoid stretching the signature by entering dimensions that are very different from the original aspect ratio unless the receiving portal explicitly requires them.

Format and quality guidance

JPG is usually efficient for photographs. PNG is useful for transparency or sharp graphics but can be larger. WebP can produce compact files when the destination website accepts it. Always verify the format requirement before uploading.
